Core Resonance Systems offers
three systems of health:

1) CR/Training engenders a coherent brain and nervous system for the purpose of re-enabling your connection with Innate Intelligence and the Innate Guidance System that follows.  This allows one to move beyond the mind's defensive mechanism of reaction and resistance into a world of joy, synchronicity, peace, harmony and order.

2) CR/Health (anti-aging) creates and maintains a strong and healthy body and identifies fundamental indicators of health and long life.  CR/Health introduces IIDE (low Impact, high Intensity, short Duration Exercise) and a new way to use the lowly rebounder as a primary component of rebuilding your physical body, i.e., your home, for personal health and long life! After all, where are you going to live when you wear out your body? 

3) CR/Abundance based on a coherent brain and intact connection with Innate Guidance inducing the discovery that the entire Universe conspires in our behalf--if but we will let it.  In resistance and fear and doubt, and an inability to effectively process our surroundings, we set up a defensive posture and block a great deal of what the Universe has available to us.  In an acquired understanding of nonresistance and allowing, the world become a far more interesting place. 

CORE Resonance/Health begins with a recognition that our heart and lungs are the very core of our physical bodies.  A powerful circulatory system combined with an extremely efficient oxygen delivery system are two of the most important components of health and long life.  According to medical research, most of us have lost 50 percent of our lung capacity by the age of 50 and our hearts are in varying states of continued decline and inflammation.  Typically heart and lung capacities continue to decline until we die. 

CORE Resonance/Health introduces a means by which one starts by rebuilding the heart and lungs with very short duration exercise.  In fact, high intensity, short duration exercise is the only way to get fit and healthy--in 20 to 25 minutes a day, three or four days a week.  Along the way, we discover the many facets of revitalization and rejuvenation to enhance our well being allowing us to rebuild, reestablish and maintain our "core" health for many years to come.  CORE Resonance/Health offers a roadmap and insight into the most effective methods of achieving and maintaining health and long life.  

Traditional  cardiovascular or aerobic exercise is counterproductive, tedious, boring and doesn't do the job.  Instead, low Impact, high Intensity and short Duration Exercise (IIDE) builds the heart, lungs, muscle, stamina and strength.  IIDE is an excellent means of establishing and maintaining one's ideal weight. IIDE is wonderfully effective for those wishing to lose weight.  Retraining your body to store energy in the muscle as glycogen and ATP (instead of stored as body fat) not only keeps you fit and trim, but burns fat during the rest periods!  In minutes a day, IIDE retrains your body to store and burn fuel in a far more efficient manner.

In addition to IIDE, CORE Resonance/Health identifies major myths and confusion about diet as it regards one's health.  Food is comprised of three major food categories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates.  Because of common misunderstandings and "marketing hype," many cut fats from their diets, minimize protein consumption (red meat, fish and eggs because of a concern about cholesterol) and instead attempt to achieve a balanced diet with carbohydrates.  Because carbohydrates typically convert to blood sugar  very quickly (link), blood sugar imbalances produce erratic energy levels and affect thinking, mood and other factors, and cause binge eating.  Without sufficient fats and proteins for stable energy production, one of the most important components of our health, i.e.,  our dietary intake, becomes a major source of our difficulties.

CORE Resonance/Health also addresses the impact of the environment on our health.  Our air and water is almost irrevocably tainted, our food crops are grown in de-mineralized soils, and pesticides, petrochemicals and dangerous pharma-ceutical drugs and their by-products are everywhere.  Worse, a whole host of man-made compounds that mimic estrogen throw our ever-sensitive hormonal systems further off balance.  These fake estrogens are the source of a huge number of problems for both men and women.  Luckily, there are effective ways to remove these fake estrogenic compounds, chemicals and heavy metals from your body on an on-going basis.

CORE Resonance/Health recommends beginning by rebuilding the heart and lungs with the IIDE exercise program.  Begin by learning how to use a rebounder for low Impact, high Intensity short Duration Exercise.  You can rebuild your heart and lungs with four one-minute high intensity segments in a 20-minute period in the privacy of your own home and you are done for the day. 

Weight Loss.  If you want to lose weight, there is no better means of doing so that dramatically elevating your oxygen consumption by building your heart and lungs.  The only way to lose weight is to get the body to store and burn fuel more efficiently.  Invariably, overweight people have statistically distinct reduced heart and lung capacity.  Increasing your lung capacity through IIDE exercise, builds your oxygen consumption for burning fat and retrains the body to store energy more efficiently.  You will never again have a weight problem--and you will live significantly longer!
